I need headphones that will block out outside noise like people talking, bus noise, TVs etc… Would noise-cancelling headphones or in-ear buds work best? How would they compare to just plain old ear-plugs? I have a decent sony pair of in-ear buds and ear plugs already, but not sure if noise-cancelling phones would work...
